I have kept an open mind regarding Patel Patriot and Devolution. After reading your 1st article yesterday, I jumped on Telegram and posted links to your article and Biernutz_71's article (which brought me here) in a chat group devoted to spitballing about Devolution. My comment was immediately deleted by the admins of that chat and then I was booted out of the group. Talk about being silenced! It made me feel like I did when I was silenced by Twit! So, while I was suspicious of your motives on dropping this series right after the Pit conference, I am now more suspicious of Devolution and why that chat group did not want any discussion what so ever on your series. I am anxiously awaiting your next post!

#ThePIT = a fundraiser with canned speeches by politicians and fucking AI "face-reading" startups grifting patriots for that sweet govt grant money

I'm sure Gregg Phillips will post his "open source" data to his paid membership site you must be vetted to view on Monday as he promised ... oh wait ...

Thank You! I came across #ThePit on TS a few days ago and couldn’t figure out what it was really about…other than having to do with Gregg Phillips and Patel Patriot and their increasing cloak of secrecy

Wow-I wonder how many other people that questioned Devolution have been silenced? This is not good. Thanks for posting.

I kept informing them, that we've been in continuity of gvmnt dance 9/11, for about a month, and if he could explain when or how, or if, it ended.. it was ignored over multiple attempts. It wasn't on Telegram though. Was on their rumble during questions time. I can't participate in Telegram chats like those.....I stick with non drama patriots just trying to figure stuff out.

I'm following your series with eagerness, and hope. From what I've seen so far, I'm in, to the extent I'll keep reading until the 40K ft view starts to sharpen its focus. I think it's worth saying to all of you what many of us feel: despondent, because we know an election was stolen as plainly as it could have been; and powerless because there are no mechanisms to do such things as "decertify" the fraudulent result. Electoral votes cast cannot be "un-cast". Moreover, states do not have any process in place statutorily to do such "decertification". The "Finchem" bill to "decertify" is more worthy for what it doesn't say than what it does say. It cannot "award" byeden electors to Trump because that's tantamount to the legislature casting EC votes, which the US Constitution expressly forbids. The state legislatures are the sole means to name electors. But those electors must vote. With no statutes in place to buttress this "Finchem bill", a legal challenge will sink that in less than 5 minutes. It would be a bill that has no statutory process to support it, and it will fail to withstand any legal challenge. The stolen election not even a SCOTUS issue, because the US Constitution is clear: only state legislatures possess the power to determine the "time, place and manner" of elections. The SCOTUS therefore cannot compel the states to redo an election. So, for much the worse, byden is in fact president. Once the Electoral College cast its votes on 12/14/20 - that was it. Game over. That's why so many of us are in despair. Trump is not the US President. He has to win another election if he wants to be that again.

I'd read this patel patriot series on "devolution", and chucked it wholesale. Once I got to his 4th installment where he claims Trump "suspended the constitution" and "suspended the electoral vote count", I realized I was dealing with someone who didn't know what he was talking about, no matter how well intentioned. With the former, no president can "suspend the constitution", which is full on Martial Law - by definition. That means - literally - no Congress in session, and no federal courts in operation. And no governor or state legislature would have any authority either - they would be rendered powerless. THAT'S what Martial Law means. And no president can just dissolve the other two "separate but equal" branches of government. Indeed, the National Emergency Act of 1976 expressly states that only Congress can divest itself of its constitutional power. A president can request Martial Law, but Congress must approve it. We do not have Martial Law active today, nor anything close to it. As for the latter, there is no such unified event as "the electoral vote count" to suspend. The electoral votes are cast by the electors in each of their own home states. There is nothing for any president to "suspend". Since the process of presidential electors is totally removed from any influence by the Executive branch, there is no jurisdiction for any president to do anything in regard to the casting of votes by electors. Once they vote per the US Constitution - on the 1st Wednesday after the 2nd Monday in December - that's it. The end. No president can do such a thing as "suspend" what occurs in 50 separate states. And this too. Anyone like this patel patriot who wants to keep insisting that Mike Pence is a firmly committed MAGA supporter deeply allied to Trump is someone who can be dismissed out of hand. That alone tells me all I need to know about him.

So I hope the four of you have gone beyond what we already know we can have healthy skepticism about. Funny thing regarding Q: I've found one is either totally on board with the posts and the picture they paint; or one is a skeptic decrying all posts as a 4 year "psyop". I'm in the former group. Once all this is behind us, the Q movement will go down in history as the single greatest intelligence dissemination to the public that ever was. Rereading them even now, more and more is gained - which is exactly what we were told: future proves past. The "11/3 verifies as first marker" was not a Law of War manual subchapter. It' was as simple as those developing the Q "OPLAN" knew long beforehand: the 11/3 steal was going to happen. It was the enemy's only chance left. What wasn't - and couldn't have been known beforehand - was the sheer magnitude of the theft. So many votes for Trump on 11/3 that the pre-monthlong ballot stuffing from 2000 Mules wasn't enough. That's why the counting had to stop for 6 states, all of which then received their middle of the night ballot dumps. It was so egregious that no priming was needed to redpill. And also suggests that Trump likely got many more votes than the 74 million he's credited with, as of now. Q told us in one of the last sets of posts late in 2020: "Enemy Through The Front Door". That should have been the signal to us: Trump was going to "lose" and then "leave". But had that not happened, the awakening could not have swelled to what it is now.

I'll keep reading your series, in hopes you have uncovered a piece of Rosetta Stone that's real. I appreciate what you have written so far. Looking forward to the rest. Thank you for your work.

Thank you so kindly. That comment you link is when I began to see the deep flaws in this "devolution" theory. And the more obvious the flaws became, the more the devotees of the theory became indignant against criticism. The author of the series never actually clarifies what devolution "is". He just maintains it's so. He never actually makes it clear that "Trump is still president" (never saying it directly); he just asserts that "Trump will return (as president) before the midterms". But never says how that "return" will occur, or what mechanism will initiate it. He tends to interpret Executive Orders as though they are binding on the whole of the government, when in fact they are little more than Executive Branch inner-office memorandum. They are worthless to Congress or the Judiciary, let alone each individual state. He tends to bleat on about passages buried inside policy manuals as though these are statutes. Basically, his whole approach becomes less and less substantive the more you apply the most basic scrutiny.

I want to make myself clear because you make an equivocation here. This patel patriot's "devolution" and Q's operation are in no way linked. In fact this author admits he knows nothing about Q or has read any of the drops. And it shows. His "devolution" theory circumvents describing what it actually is, vs. countless posts and articles he writes simply saying each piece is a "proof", or a "receipt", that devolution is in effect. Ask him if Trump is still president. He won't say yes or no. He just says that his belief is Trump will "return before the midterms". But also doesn't say how such a "return" will happen. The "devolution" series is essentially a book report by a high school student who got high marks from a complacent teacher & student body, but cannot withstand the simplest scrutiny.

I reject your premise entirely about Q. The idea a "psyop" lasts for 4 years as opposition is utterly ludicrous, and it's a hymn sung by those who will believe something only if it exists in concretized form right in front of them. Posobeic called out nothing. He simply expressed an opinion - but that was in the early days. I've actually heard him in the last year use language in the drops. Posobeic is a reporter posing as an "intelligence officer". He links the label of "intelligence officer" to his resume to get media jobs. That's it. He's proven what he knows is actually little. And gets plenty wrong. Using him as a source of Q debunking is simply absurd.

Q is a military operation (OPLAN). The drops are about suggestion because there are federal laws in place about classified disclosure. You can't disclose factual data that's classified. But you can pose questions about the classified information in the interrogative format. That's why many of the drops are questions. There have been far too many zero deltas as proofs Trump knows full well about Q and the mission of the operation. Trump's even been asked by anons to signal codes, and on occasions he has. The idea Q is a psyop is usually believed by those who think nothing exists until it rests in obviousness right in front of them. So on this matter we are not kindred spirits at all. Yes, "devolution" is utter nonsense. Q is authentic. If you choose not to believe that, so be it.

Great post. PP's theory is the ultimate "gish-gallop". What a mess. Really hope our new friends in the 17th can get the community back on track.

If you don't mind my saying, it does sound like you are slightly close-minded about the potential role of Pence in The Great Awakening. If there was nothing that could be done after the casting of votes in Dec 2020 (which I agree with) then do you have an issue with Pence certifying on Jan 6/7? Or is it other actions by Pence you take issue with (such as his recent endorsement in AZ)?

Thank you. As for Pence. There were a few serious problems in the Trump White House in 4 years. The railroading of General Flynn; the WH Staff testifying at Shampeachment when they were ordered by Trump not to; and putting Fauci front and center as the face of Covid. Mike Pence was at the center of all three. He single-handedly was the one at the center of getting Flynn ambushed by the FBI and then loudly complaining about Flynn's "trustworthiness" on TV. BTW. Pence's then COS was Josh Pitcock, who was married to a woman named Katherine Seaman. I'm sure it's just a coincidence that Katherine Seaman was in fact the secretary to Peter Strozk, the very agent who ambushed Flynn and opened Crossfire Hurricane against Trump.

When Trump forbid WH staff to testify at Shampeachment, one lone employee did. A woman on Pence's staff - Jennifer Williams - who had just transferred from the State Department a mere three weeks before the "Ukraine Call". So Pence allowed her to defy Trump and testify. I'm sure just another coincidence.

The WH covid task force was run by Pence. That's why Fauci, Birx, and mostly Olivia Troye (from the background) were designing lockdowns, masking, and vax mandates, which we now know were totally useless. Troye actually has a photo of Fauci hanging on her wall. This was Pence and Marc Short, his most recent COS, pushing Fauci to celebrity status.

As for 1/6. Your comment mischaracterizes what Trump's lawyers actually requested of Pence. They never asked Pence to decertify anything. All Pence was asked to do was return to the dual sets of electors to the 6 states that sent them, and ask them to submit only one to Congress. That's all. Pence refused. Even though the PA Senate President Jake Corman wrote McConnell & Pence a letter asking for exactly that: the electors to be returned, because there was so much fraud in PA they had no confidence the electors were legitimately certified. Both Pence & McConnell refused the request. And we know why McConnell did - he despises Trump and WANTED him gone. We know now Pence indeed could do what Trump's lawyers requested because that "loophole" is now trying to be shut by the Senate via a new bill. The very thing they said wasn't possible is the one thing they are now trying to stop from being possible.

I think most of us agree Brian Kemp is the most corrupt GOP governor in the US, having helped escalate the Abrams-staged theft of GA on 11/3 and looked the other way when the fallout began. Pence openly endorsed Kemp, which told us all who he is. We know Trump was openly angry and bitter about having his presidency stolen so blatantly, railing about the theft every day - and rightly so. Here are some questions for you. Pence had his vice presidency stolen just as well - so why isn't he ANGRY about that? Why is Pence so casual about having his reelection as veep stolen out from under him? He has been curiously quiet about the whole thing. Which in my mind makes him just as complicit as the thieves. Why was it - in the immediate aftermath of 11/3 and right as the true steal began on 11/4 - did Mike Pence take his family on vacation to Colorado? Rather than be in the front line helping to save his own vice presidency, he thought it better to hit the slopes in Aspen?? Seriously?? And why is it Pence had AF2 at the ready on 1/6 to fly to Israel right after he certified the fraud? Once Trump & Pompeo found out they canceled the flight. You can add this too: Marc Short, Pence's Chief of Staff, was the one orchestrating the Pence moves, and like the compromised sock puppet Pence is, he allowed his puppet master "handler" to run him. Short was the very first WH staff person to start telling everybody in the WH on 11/4 that Trump needed to accept the "results" that he "lost". And if Trump is right - that the military was watching the results 11/3 and have conclusive proof of foreign interference - how was it Pence as sitting VP would not have been briefed on that? If Pence knew foreign nations committed acts of war on the US and he could have prevented it and didn't, how is that not treasonous? And FYI - on the afternoon of 1/6, Short was effectively locked out of the White House. He never returned to his WH office. Ask yourself why Trump would do that to his own veep's COS if Trump was on good terms with Pence.

So, yeah, Pence is a snake. I think Trump knew it. And he kept him on to keep his enemies closer than friends. But Pence should have been gutted after what he did to Flynn. That was enough to show the world who he was. The ONLY people who wanted Flynn out of any position of authority were the whole of the Obama administration. And Pence did their handiwork. Case closed.

What I'm still trying to figure out is why Chris Miller (who I like) was THANKING Pence (in a mask) for assisting in "most difficult military operation in history" on Dec. 23, 2020. SO WEIRD. I wish I knew how to play chess - it's SO much like what I observe when my husband plays (and talks about game moves). I also love Ezra (and keep looking for him to pop up!). I go back and re-read Q posts every day (multiple deltas where possible). Thanks, Nick. So appreciate your perspective.

Expand full comment

Thank you kindly. My opinion on Miller is twofold. If you read this "devolution" it makes the presumption - or more accurately asks the reader to leap to the presumption - that after 11/3 Trump was itching to put Miller in at DoD. I argue that wasn't the "itch" Trump scratched. The real itch was to fire Mark Esper, which Trump did - and did so with immediacy. Once that happened the vacancy HAD to be filled. So Trump - having been burned by so many people he put into important positions - installed Miller. But what always intrigued me was not the Miller appointment as acting DoD. It was the Kash Patel installation as Miller COS. THAT was curious to me. Kash doesn't have a military background. He's a lawyer by trade, and his background is intelligence - not the military. If Trump might have had suspicions about Miller and his alliance to Pence, then sending Kash to the DoD as his COS makes perfect sense to me. There are few more loyal to Trump than Kash Patel. That's my theory.

As for the clip often played of Miller weeping. It was that very weeping that was so "off" about the whole clip. Let's timeline. Esper fired November 9. Miller named the next day or so. Clip of him sobbing is....December 18. OK. But still, weeping?? Why would you be crying if you were simply thanking what should have been a colleague, albeit a superior? It had this feeling like Miller was never going to see Pence again - that's what was so odd about it. Or worse, it's the kind of weeping you get when lovers break up. The whole thing was just odd, start to finish. But even keeping it germane, we don't know what military operations Miller was referring to in the clip. Again, the "devolution" crowd want you to leap to the conclusion it's all about Trump unleashing their theory. And in that setup, Pence would need to be the white hat they claim he is. Bottom line: we don't know the full context of that 12/18 clip. But it sure was a whole lotta strange.

Expand full comment

"Whole lotta strange" is CORRECT...I watched that and had a whole lotta MORE questions...which maybe was the point? Plus, whenever I see masks on these critters, I always question who is behind the mask! There's a big Space Force flag center stage. I'll go back and watch again (for the 5th time). It was weird. Love Kash.

I would agree with this; however, one lingering question remains that’s hard to explain away. The infamous tweet from Scavino from Dec 2020 of a pic from the Oval with Trump and Co and Scavino writes (paraphrasing) one day, we will share the historical importance of what happened here. Can’t tell when pic was taken tho, but Several people in the Oval with Trump other than Scavino and Kushner, one clearly was Pence. Other than his kids, there’s no other person closer to Trump on this planet than Scavino, having been his right hand for over two decades. This is a tough one to rationalize

Expand full comment
Aug 18, 2022·edited Aug 18, 2022

My understanding is that tweet was deleted by Scavino shortly after he posted it. Not 100% sure but I remember not seeing that again. And, do not presume that photo means what you think it does: Pence fully on board. How do we know that's not the day Trump secretly found out about Pence's duplicity? The Scavino message was deliberately cryptic. It's a risk to presume his message's meaning. It didn't take a genius to understand Pence and his staff were at the root of every Trump difficulty. To believe Trump failed to grasp that - especially after Flynn - is ridiculous.

Since I'm all on board with Q's operation, here's something to chew on: why is it Q never posted a single, glowing comment about Pence? Q told us to trust a lot of people. Pence was never among them. In fact, here's even more to chew on. Praying Medic's chat board on his site had an amazing post by a visitor back in May of 2021. A retired military man who worked in MI. He posed a theory that the Q operation was what he called an Operations Plan, or OPLAN. This man said he had been involved in aggregating OPLANS in his career. They lay out long term possibilities and operations for any mission. The plans can run for hundreds of pages - even a thousand or more - with hundreds and hundreds of footnotes, etc. The reason he believed the Q plan was a military OPLAN was the infamous RED LINE post, #4440.

He said such RED LINES appear in OPLANS all the time. They have a specific meaning, and his crucial point was this: each item in the same RED LINE is to be dealt with in the exact same way. No exceptions. Otherwise they would be in a separate RED LINE if they were to be treated differently. The specific RED LINE this man mentioned in the post was RED LINE 3: Movement by PELOSI or PENCE. When a name, place, or event is in all caps in a RED LINE, that gives the indication on the importance of the situation. Highest priority. What this retired guy theorized was stunning. He said the military - by capitalizing and linking both PELOSI and PENCE in the same RED LINE - that the military response to EACH of them would be the exact same. He went further. Given we know what PELOSI's leanings, objectives and plans are in regard to Trump, that the military is designating the exact same response to PENCE led him to believe Pence is in sync with PELOSI. They wouldn't be listed in the same RED LINE otherwise. And the fact she is listed first in the RED LINE is the signal that this isn't about order of succession. It's about something else.

Make of that what you will.

1-This, which was ordered by the FBI under the Trump umbrella. Did they tell Trump? doubtful. As it was to protect Pence and ensure no one stopped him from certifying.

Thanks for saying what I have been unable to say with my little brain! I definitely agree with your comment. Having said that, some people are making a ton of money off the whole Devolution theory. Just sayin'

Expand full comment

Thank you. And yes I'm sure patel patriot is doing all he can to cash in on his "theory". Which has over 20 installments, and growing. In all of his pieces, he never expressly says what this devolution is. He just keeps writing these tediously long screeds that ostensibly are supposed to "prove" his "devolution" is in effect. He never actually comes out and says Trump is allegedly still president. But what he does say is that Trump - because he "devolved" the government - can simply "return" as president any time he wants to. This alone is sheer lunacy. But let's grant the lunacy for a moment, and examine the ramifications of it....

If Trump is "still president" and can "return any time he wants to", then can you imagine what he'd have to face from even the most ardent supporters? They would legitimately push him to explain why it is almost 2 million illegals have flooded into the US since 1/21/21 - many of whom have raped and murdered Americans? You think THAT will go over well for Trump?? How would Trump explain that yes, he was OK with skyrocketing inflation destroying the value of our assets and making everything we buy ever more expensive? How would Trump be OK with shutting down all oil production to drive up gas costs? See the problem?? If this "patel patriot" says Trump can simply waltz back into the White House as pick up where he left, Trump then OWNS all of these disasters I just named. There is NO way to recover for Trump if he says "Yeah, I was just sitting on the sidelines waiting until it got so bad that you people started screaming for me to come back - so here I am!!". Because he'd never get out from under the fact he could have stopped all the suffering and didn't until he wanted to stop it. That's why it's sheer lunacy.

Bingo! Don't forget about the 13 soldiers who lost their lives when we pulled out of Afghanistan. I'm sure their families would be completely understanding their loved one was sacrificed for the good of our country to "wake" the "normies" up (but could have been saved by Trump). "But it had to be this way!" Geez, I want to f'in scream every time some "anon" posts that. There are people who have lost EVERYTHING because of what has transpired in the past 3 years! Oh and I love this one "We may never know the full truth because it is a psyop and those involved can never divulge the actual plan." Fortunately, I think many people feel the same way we do based on comments I am reading on social media. The truth is, many people just want something to cling to hoping that someone else is going to save the day. WTP got ourselves into this mess and we will need to get ourselves out by doing the hard work. What bothers me most about PP and some people who follow him, though, is they do not want critical thinking by anyone else (because they are the experts) or any discussion that something else could be in play.

Expand full comment

Thank you, and yes on the last point you make, if I may add to it. It's not that they don't want critical thinking. They don't want dissenters from the theory. They are so enamored with what they devised that they have now essentially bubbled themselves from any pushback. Even pushback to answer the simplest questions. Such as...

I asked in the comments on Patel's substack why he believes Trump will "return before the midterms".? When I pointed out that he'd be an idiot to do such a thing, I was cannibalized by one of his mods. Imagine this nonsense that Trump would "return" before Nov 8th. I had to explain to patel that the House is still a Pelosi house. It would give you whiplash as to how fast she would cook up yet another impeachment and pass that. Only this time there are enough senators in the GOP that McConnell will force to walk the plank and vote to convict him, and that would be the end of Trump politically. He'd be unable to hold office again. But the patel crowd want none of that. They want their Naked Emperor Devolution to parade on, claiming it's fully dressed and ready to go.

Expand full comment

PP also says things to the effect of "Trump needs to return before the midterms so that the 2022 elections will be secure" - As if Trump could issue an EO to demand voter ID, no mail in ballots, etc.

He seems unaware that Elections are organised at the state level per the constitution and any order from the president would be shut down by the SC (but obviously no POTUS would ever be dumb enough to attempt such a thing). Not to mention that various judges have already voted to block GOP attempts to ban mail in ballots as well as block redistricting maps. Total amateur hour.

I've concluded PP has almost no familiarity with the US Constitution. If you go through his series, all his "receipts" as he calls them are massive, wonky, policy manuals he interprets as "laws". He apparently doesn't grasp that the Constitution is the "supreme law of the land". I don't know if he's ignoring it completely, or just believes what bureaucrats concoct in these manuals is what truly matters.

Also the way they call people normies because they are not in the Q cult is strange. As well as ThanQ. And putting Q in a lot of their words like Q is their god.

Personally if you want to remain anons as a group that’s fine. it doesn’t change the scope of your work. The fact you’re sharing it all with us now is a privilege.

Thank you for this excellent research. Biernutz_71, I discovered you through PP, and I'm grateful. I love your insight and the clear way you explain your research. At every opportunity, Trump assures us that we will be very happy, and I hang on to that for dear life! But, I understand that WTP must do the work, each in our own way. What you, the 17th SOG. are doing with your research, is helping us understand the truth, so we may act accordingly and effectively, by getting involved on a local level. We are living in extraordinary times, and it is gut wrenching to have witnessed the carnage that has taken place in the last 2 years.......carnage in every way imaginable, from personal to societal. I don't believe that Trump would just stand by and let that happen if he could have stopped it. Yes, people are waking up through all this, and that is fantastic and essential. No, we don't want civil war in a traditional sense, and I pray that is no longer a possibility although I do believe it was and is still what our enemies are trying to provoke. But, we are in fact, in a civil war AND in a global war, don't you think? Patriots are fighting to get our country back from the clutches of the cabal, at home and abroad. Trump is like a general, planning, advancing, and keeping his patriots' spirits encouraged. I don't idolize Trump, but I've admired him in many ways since the 80's. I'm 64 years old and have been red pilled for about 40 years. Those 40 years have been filled with disgust, fear, and isolation that every "conspiracy theorist" suffers. When Trump promised to drain the swamp, I believed that if anyone could do it, he could definitely lead that charge. I also knew it would not be pretty. It has not been pretty, but we are winning. Thank you for letting me just express my feelings here. And thank you for bringing your research to us. I will look forward to this weekend's Part 4!!
