This is very much needed...a training program that will apply consistency and education for the actions of the American citizens of this nation. So much has been lost with the non-education (dumbing down) of our children and grand children. We parents in the last three decades have been too busy supporting our families...both parents working. The destruction of the family as my Dad told us kids about thirty-five years ago.

I am passing this on to all my relatives and friends and asking them to join in the fight to reclaim our nation...or at least pass it on. We the People are responsible for bringing back our nation, whatever way we can and this helps tremendously.

BTW, in a listing officials responsible for securing the vote, Section 3.4 do you mean County Sheriff and not Country ? Never heard of a country sheriff. :) Again, I am reading and passing it on. We all need to get more familiar and read our State and National Constitutions as well as participate in whatever way we can in OUR government...peacefully...the right way ! With much respect......Jo Ann

Sometimes Jo Ann, with a system that was made near perfect, we only need to check the gears or and again, per say. Gears being the procedures of our government, local , State and federal. Many, including myself, may have forgotten the means that we can enforce accountability. And not just one, several.

Then it’s a matter of our process. Again, check the gears, this isn’t working, or it is working. But our process we can fix the quickest, fixing procedure(the laws) takes time. . And it’s more personable and direct to fix our process first. Furthermore, improving our process will increase our power to fix procedure.

Process, meaning how we participate.

Procedure, is law, as an example.

I have to name things to better understand them. Sometimes I’ll name them whatever I feel that matched the thought. Lol

Dang it. I’ll fix it. 😂

Question ?>This is very true and informative, But .What we should be fighting for is The Constitution it is all there and A sustainable population level and sustainable Earth using Tech and Human responsibility worldwide >>A society Govt Not for power but for our survival as a planet and species What we are lacking Now is >1# numbers of educated informed people with wisdom common sense who see what is happening to create action groups Who have time as we r all struggling working and #2 The Vast sums of Money $$$$$$ that the ruling powers Corps Govt selfish people have and are getting ppl to sellout and using the disinfo and political social warfare to destroy everything bringing all the division hate sickness while they profit with the vicious circle .How do you fight overwhelming numbers and Money that's the MAJOR IMMEDIATE problem i see How do we begin to push against this???

Expand full comment
author

There is no easy answer for this. And your right that many are not educated and have knowledge as they should relating to our system of Government. Which is why many feel powerless. Survival as a species always starts with you. If you can survive, that resonates to others. That’s why community is important.

Our American values are supportive of self sovereignty and sovereignty of nations. And our nation, the world needs for its survival.

Most of what you have posted here as concerns we mentioned in the article.

First you start any battle with your mindset. For example, money is only powerful if one sees it that way. I believe that knowledge is power. What I would recommend is focused effort of action towards one goal at a time. And preferably with others to share the workload and time. Stay with us friend, we have several more parts coming to help citizens. For free. We aren’t in this for the money, we are all in this for our county. Selfless acts toward a common goal. This is only the second part of 7. Im writing them as fast as I can.

In combat, things get very chaotic, in that chaos you still can only address one threat at a time. You do it quickly, but speed comes with training and knowledge. Your team mates, your community, will increase odds of success. What we need to do friend, isn’t going to be easy. I’ll be straight forward.

How do you fight a large force? With lots of money? You plan. Use your strengths, keep a fighting spirit. The American spirit they want indoctrinated out of our culture. You would be amazed at what a good plan can do as a team. Unity of effort and unified action. You know what one of our advantages are? The battle field. We occupy the ground, they don’t. That’s big advantage. We can relearn our system easily. That’s all we need.

Another thing about mindset, we have a choice to make. Do nothing, or do something. No matter what it is. And there are three things that influence your choice. knowledge, how you use that knowledge and positive mental attitude for execution.

If we evaluate that, if I do nothing, I gain nothing. But if I do something, something may be gained. Statistically, your best payoff would be to do something. Then, how can we make that choice work for you as much as possible? Knowledge. Knowledge empowers your choice with potential to succeed. Then there is the way you use that knowledge, you plan with it. Knowledge empowers your choice that is organized into a plan. Then there execution of the plan. Execution is fueled with a positive mental attitude.

We the People are only helpless when we think we are. Our process isn’t broken, it’s full of corrupt people that are unchecked and unchallenged that makes it appear broken. Those same corrupt people rely on our ignorance.

Thank you ma am! I agree that American politics should be taught in school. A government of the people, by the people for the people, you would think they would teach that. At the very least the constitution.

Our founding fathers put the burden of our constitutional republic in our hands, do not think that our system of government is broken, rather poisoned by corrupt politicians that learned our system better than we did. Unchallenged and unchecked.

Our goal is to at least try and re-educate and perhaps ,provide a different perspective as to how we can participate more effectively and efficiently.

a well reasoned call to action that underscores personal involvement. Yes, there is help coming from the 'white hats' much of it you are seeing right now as the DS minion class is exposed to twist in the wind.

This is the 'disclosure' DJT spoke of back in 2017. But you- the people- needed to take back the House in order for this to occur. It was the Red Wave (yes, one happened; it just hit a corrupt blue wall but even it couldn't defend 435 House seats) that flipped the the House.

You are now seeing the benefits as Kevin McCarthy is now DJT's sock puppet.

The good guys have the black hats on the run. But only an organized citizenry can take back the process. Avoiding a civil war is the paramount concern, and this means exposing the malfeasance of the enemy is so key.

That is occurring as we speak. No one wants to see ODA seize CNN by bayonet point. That's banana republic nonsense and it won't work here. Look at Brazil. They could have done it but didn't. This allows the world to see the theft and the consequences of it.

No different here. Don't get down in the mouth about any of this. There is PLENTY of help out there; most of it under the radar as it should be. DJT and his people have laid a series of traps that you are now seeing sprung. Mar A Lago raid was a baited trap to get the docs from Biden,

You mention the Supreme Court, this is at the heart of what I'm trying to get at. As an American,(not a U.S. citizen or a citizen of the United States) nothing the supreme court rules on has any bearing to me. The ONLY "supreme court" I need to be concerned about is made up of 12 individuals from my community. The U.S. citizen,and/or the citizen of the United States, outside the District of Columbia, they do have to have a license. They have no inherent right to travel,or of any other kind. Because both are property. At best they have "civil rights." Which means you have no rights, except that which your owners give you. The only two classes of people that have constitutional guarantees are American State Nationals, and American State Citizens. That is how it was set up,and how it's always been.( Well until the majority of us forgot who and what we are. You know what I'm getting at.) As for the constitutionality of any of this, the constitutions don't have anyrhing to do with regular people, they are a set of chains for the government in D.C.. The people are hardly mentioned in the entirety of the documents. As well as the fact that the only ones who are considered one of "We,The People," are American State Citizens. They and they alone are that statement applies to. Not even American State Nationals are included, certainly not U.S. citizens and citizens of the United States. They would just be "the people".One cannot mix and match the different rules and jurisdictions that apply to only those certain groups.

1.

Ok, first off, I want to just say that I don’t want you to think I’m convincing you one way or the other. It is up to you obviously to decide. And of course, always research what anyone says. This is an interesting topic because I never really understood it until I started studying local governments. I’ve been writing a series with 17th SOG called We the People. This is not a solicitation, so I want to make that clear as well. 17 SOG does not take donations for anything. Ever.

2.

I’m trying to be very careful, as this is a really old theory. Two constitutions has been around for a very long time. It’s important to understand that this theory, devolution, and theories that imply we are in martial law has one thing in common. And that is to prevent citizens from participating in their local, state, and federal government process. All those theories produce the same thing which is non-participation. It’s a deep state theory at its core.

3.

However, I digress, first I’d like to link you to part 3 of We the People as it talks about this topic as I’ll be referring some references I have there. Again, not for solicitation purposes, but rather, I have all of my links to references that I’m going to use. And please, I mean no disrespect, nor am I thinking I’m smarter than you or anyone else. I’m simply going to share my research and what I have learned.

https://17sog.substack.com/p/we-the-people-our-local-government

4.

Columbia Act of 1871 is a interesting topic. First, I have to start with explaining a few terms and processes that will help explain things. You can find the exact process im referring in We the People Part 3, section 1.3 How Local Governments Begin. And the terms in Section 3.2 Home Rule, Incorporated and unincorporated communities.

5.

First The US Constitution grants the States authority to create and manage local governments. The constitution’s only standard is to not violate it, or violate citizen bill of rights. The process is called a charter process which is different for each state and detailed in State constitutions.

This process as you can see in section 1.3, starts with citizens requesting a charter. The state government does not perform this function, it only approves it and sets guidelines.

6.

The charter process gives the government more autonomy and authority. It allows for the local government to offer more services to its citizens such as fire, police, etc. And also the charter allows local government to write laws, ordinances, zoning regulations, etc. This level of autonomy and authority is know as an incorporated local government. it is important to understand that the charter process starts with citizens petition that requires a 2/3 vote generally.

7.

Not the state or the federal government. As stated already an incorporated local government is directly related to autonomy and authority to allow the local citizens to write its own laws. This is the decentralized system at its core that gives citizens at the local level the autonomy to govern themselves. An unincorporated local government has less local autonomy and authority and relies on the county and state for services to the citizens.

8.

This process has been used since the colonial era and is still used today. So generally speaking, the charter process makes incorporates a local government and gives it more autonomy and authority, granted by the state, initiated by citizens through a petition. Now we get to the Columbia Act of 1871. There were citizens that lived in DC that wanted autonomy and authority to write their own laws and provide more services to its citizens. The problem is, it doesn’t have a state.

9.

District of Columbia is a federal district. And any charter process that citizens petition, must be petitioned through the federal government as it does not have a state. There are other federal districts that must do the same process such as Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands which both are self-governing unincorporated territories of the United States.

10.

In 1871, District if Columbia, through a petition of the local citizens applied to the federal government wanted more autonomy and authority to govern themselves within the district. Instead of a charter, the federal government established the Columbia Act of 1871 that incorporated DC. This has nothing to do with the US Constitution and did not change it in any way shape or form. It went through the same charter process to be an Incorporated local government goes through but federally.

11.

There have been similar acts passed for territories that are federal districts of the United States, such as the Puerto Rico Federal Relations Act of 1950 and the Guam Organic Act of 1950. These acts established self-governance for Puerto Rico and Guam, respectively, and granted them limited autonomy under U.S. federal law. Another term that is used aside from incorporated governments is home rule.

12.

Home rule typically refers to a local government's ability to exercise certain powers without interference from the state government. It is important to note that there are some local governments that refer to their charters as constitutions, as both are similar in principle. Local government, charters detail and outline the type of governing body that is utilized much like the US Constitution details the federal government.

If you have any questions I’d be happy to share my research further. If not, and you agree to disagree, I’m totally good with that as well. END

Understood, and I was just mentioning that the truth is the goal here and nothing else. Sometimes I can sound direct and I apologize if this comes off as being rude. I have a mission set in my mind that im trying to accomplish, and that is informing as many as I can with what Ive learned about local government, specifically relating to our system of government (Federalism and Decentralization). Autonomy, authority and hierarchy between federal to state, and state to local I think has many confused. It sure had me for three decades. And I truly believe this confusion is intentional that was set in motion late 50's early 60's. But I digress.

I'm just going to share the research I have done. There is a lot of confusion that Corporate, unincorporated, incorporated and home rule that I think I may be able to clear up as I was completely ignorant to what those terms even meant. And, not to say that you are ignorant to them, but I was. Gather your notes and I'd love to get to the bottom of this topic, or at the very worse, agree to disagree. I think its important to have conversations and debates such as these. This is where learning from both party's can potentially happen. Having the debate or, better stated, sharing knowledge here would be nice as it goes along with this very topic. Respond to this or post your references and ill respond. Just understand I may not get to it right away as im still writing part 4.

First of all,as long as you keep using the term "U.S. you are not talking about any form of American governance. Nor is/can a U.S. citizen be one of "We,The People." ONLY American State Citizens are in that classification, and American State Citizens ONLY. Not U.S. citizens, not citizens of the United States, hell, not even American State Nationals. The latter groups are simply "the people."In order to start running our governments, Americans need to learn who and what they are. Then learn the differences between U.S. citizens, citizens of the United States, American State Nationals,American State Citizens, districts, etc. I know you all mean well(at least I hope so) but until you learn the differences, you are/ will only add to the confusion and mistakes, and we will get nowhere. Just so you all have some idea of what I'm talking about, maybe this will help..."Therefore, the U.S. citizens residing in one of the states of the union, are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an individual entity." Wheeling Steel Corp vs Fox,298 U.S. 193,80 L.Ed. 1143,56 S.Ct. 773. and maybe this one..."The right to trial by jury in civil cases guaranteed by the 7th Amendment...and the right to bear arms guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment...have been distinctly held not to be privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States guaranteed by the 14th Amendment...and in effect, the same decision was made in respect of the guarantee against prosocution, except by indictment of a grand jury, contained in the 5th Amendment...and in respect of the right to be confronted with witnesses, contained in the 6th Amendment...it was held that the indictment, made indispensable by the 5th Amendment, and trial by jury guaranteed by the 6th Amendment, were not privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States as those words were used in the 14th Amendment. We conclude, therefore, that the exemption from compulsory self-incrimination is not a privilege or immunity of National citizenship guaranteed by this clause of the 14th Amendment.

If your going to go through all the effort to do this then do it correctly. For your sakes, and the well being and success of those your trying to help.

Start your own substack. Write about it.

It's important to note that the interpretation of the privileges and immunities clause of the 14th Amendment has been the subject of much debate and litigation over the years. While the Supreme Court has held that certain rights are not protected under the clause, there is still some uncertainty as to what exactly is meant by "privileges or immunities" and what rights are included under this phrase. Ultimately, the scope and meaning of the clause will depend on the specific legal context in which it is invoked, and could vary depending on the particular facts and circumstances of each case.

One example of how the privileges and immunities clause might be invoked in a specific legal context is in a challenge to state laws that discriminate against out-of-state residents. The Supreme Court has held that this type of discrimination violates the privileges and immunities of national citizenship protected by the 14th Amendment. Another example might be in a case involving a claim of state infringement on the right to travel, which has been interpreted by some courts as a fundamental right protected under the privileges or immunities clause. However, as previously mentioned, the interpretation and application of the clause can vary depending on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The privileges and immunities clause of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution prohibits states from abridging the privileges or immunities of US citizens. The exact meaning of this clause has been the subject of much debate and interpretation over the years.

In the case of Twinning vs New Jersey, the Supreme Court held that certain rights, such as the right to be free from self-incrimination and the right to a trial by jury, were not privileges or immunities of national citizenship guaranteed by the 14th Amendment. Rather, these rights were protected by other provisions of the Constitution, such as the Fifth and Sixth Amendments.

Overall, the privileges and immunities clause has been interpreted to protect certain fundamental rights of US citizens, such as the right to travel freely between states, the right to engage in lawful employment, and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. However, the exact scope of this clause and the rights it protects continues to be a matter of judicial interpretation.

Either way, it is these types of issues that people seem to bring up and spend a lot of time on when, in my opinion, that time could be spent making their local communities better.

But again you should start your own sub stack and spend your own time making better arguments. On this issue
