Here's a thought: Did PDJT dismantle COG via his PEADS? He had several prior to his leaving office.
Congress has been trying to get their hands on them, but they cannot. (Presidential Emergency Action Documents).
From my understanding, (and I could be way off on this one) PEAD's would be the only way PDJT could handle the Bush/COG President-King unconstitutional mess.
After watching “The Plot Against The President” today, I’m angry but I’m beginning to understand our state of affairs better.

1) Bush, Cheney & Rumsfeld were the ones who hired the Zionist Jew students to pack the twin towers with thermite. They are the ones who started this COG with Treason. They killed over 7,000 human beings that day. Then they made sure they got the gold out of building 7. He was supposed to sign off on NESARA GESARA & return us to gold backed currency. Instead, he betrayed the entire world! There were no WMDs. Sadam just wanted to be free of the cabal’s central bank. So they killed him & replaced him with a puppet.
2) More current, How is it that the FBI is still rogue if they’re operating from a Constitutional government? What did I miss? Is Trump pulling puppet strings from afar?
I think Trump knows literally everything even before it happens.
I’m sending energy toward the end of the deep state in America & the world. I manifest it daily. We need this evil off our planet.

I’ll admit I was hesitant to dive into (what I assumed was) another “theory”. But I have to agree that this makes even more sense than Trump implementing devolution since it’s now known that a COG was already in place and actually had to be removed (if I’m understanding correctly?).
