It specifically states that it is subordinate to the constitution and says nothing, nothing whatsoever about being a US corporation. A municipal corporation is not what you think it is. Its history goes back to bodies of people, not a business sense like everyone is taking it. Go to the Black law Dictionary and look up what a municipal corporation is.
