Well said, Sir. Your post reminds me, we are all learning and more importantly are sharing what we learn. Losing freedom and gaining freedom are processes. The first is negative and sadly, can come about with no effort; or more unfortunately, can come about despite enormous effort and risk. The second is a process requiring accurate perception, knowledge, courage, judgement, and finally resolute action - in my humble opinion, best undertaken beneath the protection of God's loving armor. Thanks again. We can never fail if we never quit.

Well said.

If I may, let me add my 2 cents. First of all, gen. Flynn is right. Local action has national impact, and it is NOT THAT DEMANDING! Since the 2020 coup, I decided to join the fight, actively. After going to Washington, D.C. on Jan. 6th, 2021 to peacefully protest the coup in process, and experiencing the evil that had metastasized there. I realized the fight was going to be bigger and harder than I had thought.

My wife and I live in Polk County, Florida. I'm 72 now, so have slowed down quite a bit, but know the need to save our Christian nation. Turns out, it's not that hard. The easier part is the political and it only demands a couple of hours, acouple of nights per month. It is the same for every county in America. It is as follows.

Check out your local patriot groups. Here in Polk County, we have the Winterhaven 912 group, initiated by Glenn Beck back in 2009:: https://web.archive.org/web/20090315193741/http://www.the912project.com/

many chapters exist around the country. Ours meets once a week for an hour or two.

We also belong to County Citizens Defending Freedom - CCDF - Polk county chapter, a Christian, non-denominational, non politically affiliated group of patriots that meet one night a month to actively participate in the local political process. They are forming chapters in every county in the country.

I am also a Precinct Committeeman for the Polk Couny Republican Party of Florida,

and a member of the Florida Republican Liberty Caucus. These groups keep you informed of everything going on in your area. You choose what and where you want to get involved. My wife and I started going to the County School Board meetings (usually 1 night a month) and WHAT an eye opener! We had no idea the pervasive , perverted, Left Wing dogma that had infected even this "Conservative Christian County"! The pornography, CRT, DEI, LBGTQ+, and child grooming is rampant! So we got some Board members changed this last election, and plan to get a majority of sane people on the Board.

Our involvement has also got the RINOs in the local Republican Party replaced with America First/MAGA Republicans. Each month, we collectively get more progress in retaking our politics and country. It can be done.

Now, on a more personnal note, what our country needs to succeed in the future is for her people to get back to God and our Judeo-Christian values and foundation. Without this, we will fall back into evil again, just like Israel did repeatedly in the past. This is a harder, more long term objective, since we have been brainwashed against the Bible and God since the end of World War II.

Intentionally or inadvertently, we, as a nation, have been over taken by arrogant, prideful, godless, and amoral people who are replacing our Judeo-Christian based government with a godless bureaucracy that bears no resemblance to our founding. It is evil and we need to have our citizens learn about God, God's truth, and God's law to regain His blessing.

Well said! And thank you for sharing this and I’m proud that you have seen the results of your local action! I call this, lines of impact. I bet that you could see a direct line that your efforts has impacted through all three levels of government. This is key for others to understand. The local level is the only level that you can create lines of impact that propagates all the way to the national level. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

You absolutely correct. We are the solution. We are the thousand points of light. Each of us in God's army, doing our little part, doing what is right and true, can, and will, defeat this evil that has overtaken our nation. Centralized evil can be defeated by decentralized truth and righteousness.

Sorry to inform you, but it turns out Grady Judd is just another lying politician. This past year, the Polk County school system has put pornography in the school libraries and is grooming students for transgenderism and pedophilia. To date, Grady has refused to enforce the law to protect the children. He even endorsed one of the worst violators on the Board for re-election, solely for political reasons.

We need to vet EVERY politician B4 voting for them. There are still too many RINOS

I understand your perspective. It's true that we're witnessing increasing extremism in various domains, including our schools, targeted psychological operations, and even spiritual conflicts. However, amidst all this chaos, I also notice a growing number of individuals who are becoming more aware and awakened. I am learning that changing where you live, local is so important. A bill passed the Louisiana house, HB 648, to make it illegal to perform gender surgery on minors, then one Republican went to the Democrat side and voted against it in a committee, I had no clue a committee could kill a bill, well it cannot. The Louisiana GOP sent out an email to contact our Senators, they can still bring it to the Senate floor and vote on it. Hubby and I did just that, emailed our Louisiana Senator, who is from my small city. They are more apt to do the bidding of their voters, they live in the same towns! So locally we can make a big impact. I live in a very conservative area, but I see things changing. We need to save the youth from these demons. I am from here, moved away for 15 years while hubby was active duty Army, then we came back, He is not from here, but I am. The people have changed, we are Cajuns and we were a strong people, but so many are on drugs now, it is heartbreaking. All I know is I want my Country back, she is being destroyed by the day. I'm also here to learn, and I believe there's much you can teach, particularly when it comes to the freedom aspect that I appreciate in your ideology. Striking a balance between freedom and avoiding distractions is something I've personally observed, not necessarily in reference to you, but in general. It's about being free from excessive government control and corporate influence, aspects that many Americans seem to have lost touch with. I hope I didn't give the impression that everyone must rigidly adhere to rules. My main point is twofold: first, I deeply love this country, and I believe you do too. Second, if we want to remove the ineffective politicians we currently have, we must familiarize ourselves with the system in order to infiltrate and effect change. This approach is much less violent than other alternatives, although it won't bring instant results. I've come to realize, as I talk to myself in the mirror, that I'm not a model citizen either. However, I strongly feel that Americans have lost their sense of community. That's one of the reasons I wrote Part One, as I wanted to discuss the importance of colonies. Im sure you know this. The colonies initially struggled for about 80 years or even longer. They faced significant challenges, including hardships, conflicts with natives, and internal discord. Their success began when they organized and worked together. Anyway, I'm here with an eagerness to learn as well.

The "system" is completely corrupt beyond redemption. It must be taken down and replaced with a new one that serves the People not the elites.

Expand full comment

While I understand your frustration with the corrupt elements within the system, completely dismantling it and starting from scratch may not be the most practical or effective solution. Instead of advocating for its destruction, I believe that fixing the system and restoring its integrity is a more reasonable approach. Our constitution, which I deeply respect and take pride in, provides a solid foundation for addressing corruption and restoring the government's commitment to serving the people.

Taking down the entire United States government and replacing it with something entirely new is a monumental task that would require immense effort and have significant implications. It is important to consider the complexities involved in such a process, including the three levels of government: local, state, and federal. While it's understandable that Americans have long harbored a dislike for elites and a deep distrust in the government, we should also recognize the importance of actively participating to change the existing system.

Rather than viewing the system as irreparably broken, I believe it is more accurate to acknowledge that it is currently managed by individuals who prioritize personal gain over the best interests of the people. However, simply giving up and advocating for a complete replacement without a clear plan or alternative in mind is not a productive approach. This vague comment lacks actionable solutions and fails to address the complexities of governance.

We should resist this mentality and instead focus on challenging the existing power structures through meaningful participation and pushing for reform. It is crucial to have a concrete plan of action to combat corruption and restore the integrity of the system. The theories and ideas that promote a complete overthrow of the system often lack logic, adherence to the constitution, and rationality. Embracing such thinking weakens the true essence of our constitution, discourages citizen engagement, and hinders our understanding of the system as a whole.

Our system functions as a decentralized structure, relying on the active participation of its citizens for its survival. When citizens withdraw from the process, decentralized government starts to fail. Therefore, I am not inclined to support mentalities that advocate for a complete overhaul without offering practical solutions or encouraging active citizen involvement. It is through meaningful participation, critical thinking, and holding those in power accountable that we can truly strive for positive change within the existing system.

If we are unable to address the issues we have now and hold those responsible accountable, a new system may ultimately face similar challenges. It is important to acknowledge that the problems we face are deeply embedded in human nature and not solely tied to the structure of our government.

Enforcing accountability and striving for restoration can have a profound impact, even on the elites. By demanding transparency, ethical behavior, and consequences for wrongdoing, we can work towards a system that serves the interests of the people rather than a select few. It is crucial to focus on creating mechanisms within the existing framework that promote integrity and discourage corruption.

Replacing the government entirely may provide a temporary solution, but it also presents the risk of the elites exploiting the new system as well. Without a comprehensive plan for addressing the root causes of corruption and ensuring checks and balances, we may inadvertently recreate the same issues we seek to overcome.

Instead of pursuing a complete replacement, we should channel our efforts towards reforming and strengthening the existing system. This requires active participation, engagement, and a collective push for transparency and accountability. By holding our leaders accountable, advocating for systemic changes, and supporting ethical candidates, we can gradually transform the system from within.

Change takes time and perseverance. While it may be tempting to seek radical solutions, a more pragmatic approach involves working within the current system to address its shortcomings. By doing so, we have a greater chance of creating lasting change and safeguarding against future corruption.

Well, Larry, I didn't understand your perspective and to whom you were responding, which is why I said "huh." I didn't intend to be offensive, and I don't believe I did anything wrong.

If you haven't seen my ideas, then it seems you may have missed Part 4, as well as Parts 3 and 2, where I discussed numerous ideas. However, to summarize, my main focus is on learning about your local government comprehensively, including its form, autonomy, authority, jurisdiction, and processes like voting and elections. I approach it as a mission, gathering information and finding ways to engage because there are ways to do so.

Once again, I apologize if my "huh" offended you, but I wasn't sure who you were addressing. Stay tuned, as I have many more ideas, and time is limited. I would be interested to hear your thoughts on the procedural aspects. As I've mentioned before, local action is the key to national impact. Although General Flynn popularized the phrase, it's a concept rooted in military principles known as operational art and design. You can research it if you want is joint publication 5–0 joint planning chapter 4.

There are three levels of warfare: tactical, operational, and strategic. Operational art serves as the bridge between strategy and tactics. In Part 4, I utilized there military concepts to help people understand how to effectively plan, identify problems, refine problem statements, develop courses of action, and take action. It's a simple approach based on procedural methods.

To influence all three levels of government, it must begin at the local level. Any threat you can think of ultimately affects your immediate surroundings. That's why I believe everyone should focus on local efforts. That's my perspective.

SO HOW DO YOU REACH THESE PEOPLE?????PS I agree locally and actual person to person conversations but it's not enough..thoughts please???

Expand full comment

Well, first, I appreciate your comment and understand your point about the age and religious demographic. However, when it comes to reaching millions of kids and new demographics, it's important to start at a more realistic level. Instead of trying to reach all of them at once, focus on the kids within your own communities. This is where the learning process begins.

If the educational system in your communities is lacking in teaching about American history, the constitution, or the dangers of communism, then it becomes a priority to bring about change. Push for improvements in the educational curriculum, advocating for the inclusion of civic education and political science. This may take time, but community programs that help educate and raise awareness about our system of government and constitutional values can also be initiated.

Online platforms can be a useful tool for reaching out, but it's crucial to first concentrate on making changes within your community. If you can bring about positive transformations on a local level, it may resonate and eventually impact the state and national levels of government. Grassroots initiatives hold significant potential because, as mentioned in the article, any threat ultimately ends up affecting communities. Therefore, equipping communities with knowledge, understanding, and plans to address their concerns is essential.

The educational system plays a significant role in this process. It's crucial to understand that school districts, in themselves, represent a form of government. Learning about this system and working to change how it operates can be highly effective. In "We the People Part Three," I delve into the significance of school districts and their governing bodies. By understanding and actively participating in this system, you can influence how education is taught in your community.

Regarding the millions of kids and new demographics arriving at the border, that is indeed a separate and complex issue. This is where your local efforts become even more important, as they can have an impact at the state and national levels. Advocating for secure borders and a lawful immigration process is crucial. It's essential to maintain the integrity of the immigration system and ensure that people who wish to come to this country do so through legal means, just as previous generations have done. Teaching them our founding principles and the sovereignty of the United States becomes more challenging when the process begins with an open border. Therefore, focusing on community efforts and advocating for secure borders aligns with your goal of promoting education and understanding of American values.

While reaching millions of kids and new demographics may seem daunting, it's important to start at the community level. Prioritize improving the educational system in your community, engage in grassroots initiatives, and promote awareness and understanding of American history, the constitution, and our system of government. By fortifying your community with knowledge and actively participating in the local governance, you can create a foundation for positive change that can extend to higher levels of government. Additionally, advocating for secure borders aligns with your goals of maintaining the integrity of the immigration system and promoting American values.

Well, that's precisely the point I've been emphasizing—you need to get involved at the local level. However, does this mean that the state and national levels should be left unchecked? Absolutely not. In fact, the opposite is true. Your actions and involvement at the local level can have a ripple effect, influencing and resonating upwards towards the state and national levels. The issues you engage with locally will impact the state, and the state, in turn, will influence the national level.

Furthermore, when I mention focusing on my local community, it's also a preparation for the potential challenges posed by national leadership, such as the current administration under President Biden. Too often, people neglect their own surroundings and fail to pay adequate attention to their own "front yard," so to speak. The individuals you mentioned, like Pelosi and Schumer, may not be from your community or mine, but they started somewhere—within a local community. That's where the battle begins, and that's where we need to direct our energy and focus.

Where do you think the deep state originated? Many believe they infiltrated the highest echelons, but that's not entirely true. If you look into where Soros is directing his funds, they primarily target the local level. Democrats are surpassing us on the local level, and we find ourselves divided by theories, false hope, and a lack of understanding and knowledge about the system. When I say "system," I'm referring to your local government. The United States has over 82,000 unique local governments, according to the US Census Bureau. That's the nature of a decentralized system. As citizens, we must participate at the local level because of this decentralization.

In my next article, I will build upon the concepts introduced in the "17SOG Solution," which focused on problem identification. After all, to take action, we must first identify the problem, right? This time, we will delve into the principles of political action, not just limited to elections but also covering how to apply pressure, achieve unity of effort, and take unified action to address specific issues like corruption. Look at what's happening in Arizona with what Kari Lake is doing. We're not done yet. It doesn't mean the system is irreparably broken; we simply need to learn how to utilize it effectively once again.

To achieve that, we must understand our local government like never before. It requires in-depth knowledge and understanding of the system. This level of involvement will strengthen your voting power and make your decision-making process regarding whom to vote for more impactful. Moreover, you will discover potential avenues through which you can engage within the political process. Each individual has different talents, but without understanding the system, it's difficult to know where you can make a meaningful contribution.

I very much enjoy your posts. The introspection is very encouraging. The discussion of the playing field (field of battle) is great. However; I cannot help but notice that the battlefield is still not what everyone thinks. Starting with the language and legal styling. We also perpetuate incorrect references to our founding and the lawful and legal structure in how it was created.

As a simple example please look at the continued reference to We the People. This is an incorrect assumption as the original meaning is lost due to various reasons, but the largest being we are not taught the language and styling in which the founding documents were created. These were deliberate and intentional. However; when not taught over a few generations (intentional educational reform) the actual meaning is lost.

"We" are actually "we the people". Basically, sui juris. Free. No duties and responsibilities to others in a diminished capacity. Complete with all our rights and freedoms intact as prescribed by Natural Law.

If you do not know the battle field and the tools and weapons, you are bound to lose. "We the People" is Capitus Minima and comes with some duties and responsibilities. "WE the PEOPLE" is what was originally written and styled in the 1787 Constitution and was the creation of an organization form the Continental Congress as a Confederacy assembled. Those are slaves to "we the people". The document and the references are all incorrect and we continue to perpetuate our slavery because we voluntarily give up jurisdiction because we do not know the context, styling or law.

Please reference Black's Law Dictionary 2nd Edition through 5th edition to understand and start over. Know you are "john smith", not John Smith, John SMITH, or JOHN SMITH. You are not We the People, We the PEOPLE, or WE the PEOPLE. We are each, one of mankind. We are free as conceived and are man or woman. who are creations of Creation (capital as a proper noun in hierarchy, not a legal reference).

It is necessary to break down the walls of illusion first and then build from a natural, common, and non-illusion foundation.

We are not part of the corporation unless we choose to participate in that corporation. If we do choose to participate in the federal corporation, then we are held to their legal rules, codes, acts, policies, and statutes. If we choose to not be a federal citizen, but rather a natural born creation of Creation as one of mankind claiming the status of our birthright, then we are truly free and not beholden to the legal system. Instead we actively live by natural and common law where we are free to do anything as long as it does not harm another of mankind.

Food for thought. We cannot fix something if we do not understand the language and the tricks that enslave in the first place. Itis very much like the "who's on first" skit. We will not know what the other person is talkinig about even though you use the same words.

Indeed, your insights underscore the importance of not only grounding our understanding in credible sources and legal scholarship, but also considering end state feasibility. If our interpretation of legal structures takes us down a path fraught with insurmountable hurdles or calls for unending efforts, it’s imperative to revisit and reassess our understanding. In this process, recognizing the historical context becomes indispensable. History often provides valuable lessons that can inform our approach to modern challenges, helping us strike a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation.

Your emphasis on the phrase "We the People" and the importance of its original intent is noteworthy. Founding documents were indeed deliberately crafted. "We the People" signifies the Republican principle that the government's power is derived from the people it serves. As such, ongoing education about our constitutional history and language is vital to preserving our understanding of these principles. However, we should recognize that legal language, including phrases like "We the People," operates within a living, dynamic context. Similar to how the English language has evolved over time, from Old English to Middle English to Modern English, so too does the interpretation and application of legal language. This evolution allows the law to stay relevant and effectively address new societal developments, much like how language adapts to accommodate new ideas and technologies.

It's not about forgetting the past or losing the original meaning, but about adapting to the present while acknowledging our historical roots. This fluidity isn't an erasure of their original intent, but rather, an adaptive mechanism ensuring that the principles embedded in our founding documents remain relevant and effective as we navigate changing societal landscapes. This dynamic application of constitutional language is a strength, not a weakness, in our Constitutional Republic.

Indeed, understanding legal language is critical in any democratic society. However, it's important to clarify that the use of "We the People" in the Constitution does not denote any varying degrees of freedom based on its capitalization. Legal interpretation doesn't follow such conventions. The emphasis is on the collective will of the citizenry in forming and regulating the government. Indeed, in our Republic, laws are created through an elected legislature, a process which mirrors how we choose our representatives.

This democratic process serves as a reflection of the collective will of the citizenry. Our societal obligations or adherence to the laws are not arbitrary impositions. Instead, they are the product of the democratic process and a key component in maintaining civil order. We each have duties and responsibilities toward others, a hallmark of any functioning society. Upholding these is not only a legal obligation but also a civic duty, contributing to the health and stability of our Republic.

The argument that "WE the PEOPLE" signifies a form of servitude fails to recognize that the Constitution was written by representatives of the people, for the people, and its ratification required the approval of the people. There's no indication of involuntary subjugation in this process. The constitution represents a social contract, where individuals agree to certain rules for the benefit of a well-organized and just society.

Recognizing oneself as a unique individual while acknowledging one's membership in a collective society is not contradictory. Both are essential facets of our Republican system. We can, and should, strive to understand our legal system better to ensure it serves our needs. However, this shouldn't lead to a conclusion of illusion or deceit. Rather, it's part of our collective endeavor for continuous improvement of our society.

The concept you're presenting about 'choosing to participate' in a corporation seems to be referring to a misinterpretation of the term "corporation". While it is true that some municipalities may incorporate, it's important to clarify that not all local governments are corporations. When a local government decides to become a corporation, this decision is typically made through a democratic process involving the voting constituents.

As for the notion of choosing not to be a federal citizen, citizenship isn't an optional condition that one can easily opt in or out of, but a legal status conferred at birth or through a formal naturalization process. Indeed, as citizens, we inherit a body of laws, codes, and statutes that previous generations, through democratic processes, put in place. These laws, whether local, state, or federal, bind us as part of our structured society. They exist to safeguard all community members and maintain civil order. Importantly, these laws are not immutable; they too can be changed, updated, or abolished through the very same democratic processes. Being part of a democracy involves both enjoying its freedoms and participating in its ongoing evolution.

Our shared history, laws, and societal structures can indeed be complex and require careful study. They are, however, the framework that binds us in our collective journey towards a more perfect union. We must acknowledge that, while our interpretations may differ, it's through these constructive exchanges that we deepen our understanding and appreciation for our unique system of governance.

I look forward to continuing our discussion on your subsequent points. Currently, I am engrossed in research for an upcoming article, but rest assured, I'll address your other points in due course. Your thoughts provide food for insightful debate, and I'm eager to engage further. Until then. Cheers.

First: Thank you for the response. Very well constructed. There are great principles in the commentary that are worth while and at their base true. The important thing to clarify is that words mean something and styling does as well. If it is spelled differently, it means something different. Word are powerful.

To clarify, three years ago, i knew something was wrong. But, i could not put my finger on the root cause. In the last year, it has all come together. It has been over three years of a deep dive into the founding documents, jurisdictions, Roman and Canon Law, the legal society, and how our government is structured in order to understand how the walls have been built and how to begin to play both within and outside those walls. It is a choice. And you can participate in both. But, one has to know who you are first, and then how the system works and the rules.

There is a distinct difference between law and legal. Law is something in which man or woman is bound to follow, can be established by way of notice, it is expressed, and is what you can define it to be in the private. Legal is for titles and those who claim titles, those rules which mankind are bound to follow when taking on a title (acting a something as in a play - putting on a mask or persona, being a person), defined by legal codes, rules, acts and statutes; and legal is implied not necessarily true.

A federal citizen versus a naturalized, versus a national of the nation of birth (a state), and a American State National as defined by Federal Code, 8 USC 1101 (a) 21 are all very different. i was asked recently what all the different types of citizenship are and i was able to discern at least 7 variations of status. But a citizen is someone with duties and responsibilities. And those do not need to be all the time. To represent the people is a choice. When in the private, only Law need apply. There is no such thing as a sovereign citizen. That is an oxymoron. A citizen has duties and responsibilities. A sovereign is subject to no one but Creation and thus, natural law.

There is an involuntary servitude that was created with the addition of the 1868 constitution 13th through 15th amendments; and going forward with the balance of subsequent amendments that are distinct as they can be amended by congress and legislation. Amendments I through XII were created through ratification and were clarifying limitations. Although, the 1790 constitution ratified at Providence, Rhode Island had 21 amendments and clarified the constitution was not over the States https://www.loc.gov/resource/rbpe.1670010a/?sp=1&st=image. The amendments for the commonly referenced constitution after 1868 text even denotes this clarifying distinction of legislative control starting at amendment 13. The constitution is not organic and the Bill of Rights is not organic up to Amendment 12. They are contracts (by definition) for another body to do specific duties (service organization).

As clearly stated in the letter from George Washington (stylized in all caps and italicized) acting as "His Excellency the President" of the newly formed Congress: "The friends of our country have long seen and desired, that the power of making war, peace and treaties, that of levying money and regulating commerce, and the correspondent executive and judicial authorities, should be fully and effectually vested in the general government of the Union; but the impropriety of delegating such extensive trust to one body of men is evident. - Hence results the necessity of a different organization". George Washington wrote this to himself and the and the Continental Congress as while also acting as the President of the Continental Congress. The Union and the new organization are distinctly different. The constitution was for the new organization to perform specific duties. It was not for rules to govern mankind.

Article IV of the original 1787 (and our current) reads:

"Article VI

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any state to the Contrary notwithstanding."

Notice "United States", "States", and "state" referenced in three different styling. This is not by accident.

Unless we start at the same base understanding of words, style, parties to the contract, and who it serves, we cannot have a discussion that is consistent. We assume we understand each other, but we are talking about very different things that are too open to interpretation. Then you are subject to a jurisdiction you had no idea you were in...

The constitution is not a contract to impose duties on the people. With that said, it can be changed with ratification by permission of the people through State representation. Please take some time to read through my articles on Substack at shirenews.substack.com to get a history from the Norman Conquest (and more going back to the Roman Empire). It is free to all as the information is invaluable.

With that said, we have duties and responsibilities to a society by choice. You are not born into federal citizenship unless you are born at a hospital and are tricked into the birth certificate. This is a fact imposed on all through the "Hospitals’ and Physicians’ Handbook on Birth Registration

and Fetal Death Reporting", last release 1987. This denotes the parents or guardians as "informants" and they help provide the information to "transmit" the vital information to the county, then state. These words have specific definitions and as such mean very specific things. If the birth certificate is not refuted within 7 years, the new entity becomes a "dead, lost at sea" entity and subject to federal jurisdiction. Simple logic question... if the birth certificate was not necessary before 1934, and the federal citizen was not defined until the 14th amendment after Lincoln's War, what were people before then if they were not federal citizens? How did they vote (by family representative)? The 14th amendment created a new class of citizen and the amendment can be changed by congress because that class of "person" is under the jurisdiction of the federal government and no longer sovereign within their birth or naturalized nation-state.

i greatly disagree with the opinion about corporations. This is something i am intimately familiar with the definition, origin and use. And the U.S. was not a corporation prior to the Civil War. Corporations are the leverage of power against mankind and society, and the root of our downfall and the current grave misunderstanding when taking public office. They were first created by the Roman Catholic Church with influence of Roman Law and the practice of presumption (https://thebridgelifeinthemix.info/british-law/canon-3228-the-twelve-presumptions-of-court/). There is a distinct set of jurisdictions that are applied with corporations and corporate law. The lure is the false permission of rights and privileges when being incorporated, and hence, legal constructs. By local communities incorporating, block grants and various federal funding practices were/are used to push control to those local communities. It is quite simple actually. If you do X we will provide Y and you must comply to Z... Corporations have members, employees, and other titled entities. Is is a thing created by mankind. A corporation cannot create a man. It is a decision to be a "party" to a corporation.

If sovereign, all rights are inherent upon conception. If converted to a citizen (by mere definition of the word) one now is an entity and subject to duties and responsibilities.

One can chose to serve a certain time in public service and be subject to the legal codes, rules, acts and statutes of the legislative body. However; once a term is served, then one can go back to being sovereign and only subject to natural and common law. It is too easy to confuse these ideas. This base misunderstanding needs to be fixed at the local level as you so eloquently convey. The duty and responsibility is while serving as a citizen and should be for a term.

So, when using the phrase we the people, We the People, or WE the PEOPLE, mankind simply needs to understand which body of people, People, and PEOPLE they are referring to... There is so much more...

Thank you for sharing your perspective on various legal and governmental concepts. It is evident that you have invested significant time and effort into researching and forming your understanding of these matters. I appreciate your passion for engaging citizens and promoting informed discussions. In response to your points, I would like to provide some relevant facts and insights:

- Words and Styling: Indeed, words hold meaning, and their usage can convey distinct nuances. Proper comprehension and interpretation of terminology are essential for effective communication. Clear and precise language helps ensure that discussions are consistent and understood by all parties involved.

- Understanding the System: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of foundational documents, laws, and the structure of government is undoubtedly a valuable pursuit. This knowledge equips citizens with the tools to engage meaningfully in discussions surrounding governance, policy, and their rights and responsibilities within the legal framework.

- Citizenship Distinctions: There are various forms of citizenship, each carrying its own set of rights and responsibilities. Differentiating between federal citizens, naturalized citizens, nationals of the nation of birth (state), and American State Nationals, as defined by Federal Code 8 USC 1101 (a) 21, highlights the diverse legal statuses individuals can hold.

- Constitution as a Contract: While opinions may vary, it is important to note that the interpretation of the constitution as a contract to impose duties on the people is subject to debate. The constitution is a foundational document that outlines the structure of the government and protects fundamental rights. It can be amended through a process that involves the representation and consent of the people.

- Role of Corporations: The influence and impact of corporations within society are complex and multifaceted. They can provide economic opportunities, employment, and innovation. However, discussions around the implications of corporate power, corporate law, and the balance between private interests and societal well-being are ongoing and important for shaping policies that promote the common good.

- Sovereignty and Citizenship: Sovereignty refers to the supreme authority and independence of a governing body. While individuals possess inherent rights from birth, the choice to become a citizen involves accepting certain duties and responsibilities within a legal framework. The concept of sovereignty can coexist with being a citizen, as citizens have the capacity to participate in shaping the laws and policies that govern them.

My sincere intention is to engage and mobilize individuals, urging them to participate actively in the betterment of our country. It is disheartening to witness the current state of affairs left by our "leaders," and the responsibility for enforcing accountability ultimately rests upon our shoulders. While it may seem like an insurmountable task, I refuse to succumb to discouragement. I firmly believe that collective action is the key to effecting positive change.

Although these discussions serve as valuable educational platforms, my mission extends beyond mere knowledge dissemination. I am driven to empower as many people as possible to translate their understanding into actionable endeavors that bring about tangible outcomes. However, I do harbor reservations about ideologies that demoralize and demotivate individuals, or that foster false hopes, as they hinder our ability to address the real issues at hand.

In fostering citizen involvement, it is imperative that we promote accessible and inclusive discussions that welcome diverse perspectives from individuals of all backgrounds. By disseminating accurate information, fostering open dialogue, and emphasizing the practical implications of our collective engagement, we can inspire and empower citizens to actively participate in the democratic processes that shape our society.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Taking it one step further: When the constitution was written, there were no federal citizens. Federal citizenry occurred after the Civil War (Lincoln's War) with the creation of the 13th-15th amendments, party registration, and electing to be a federal citizen; which became default with the AMA through birth registration and certificates starting in the 1930's. The subject of the constitution were the PEOPLE (representatives for the people) who were representing from the States who were representing the people of the states. The original constitution is (was) a contract between the Confederacy and the Federal Republic. The Federal Republic was later converted to a corporation and has gone through bankruptcy a number of times with name changes after each occurrence. By being a federal citizen, you are choosing to be subject to the by-laws. Yes, a "subject" as in feudal subject of the king.

When we state we are protecting the constitution, that means we are protecting the by-laws (enumerated duties) or operational agreement of those members within the organization and their Principles. If we are not members in the corporation, we are not subject to the by-laws. But, it is up to each of us to decide if we are part of the corporation, or if the corporation is providing services to us. Only "they", the members of the organization, are subject to the legislation they create to perform their enumerated duties.

Starting local also entails understanding if the local government is first a corporation or not, and if you are a member of that corporation. It is all a business. Then ask yourself, what does that business have to do with your freedom and rights?

Example: If one of mankind goes speeding down the road beside you and causes no harm to anyone, is there a crime? Now, let's say you work for a company and there are rules for being a driver representing that corporation... does the one of mankind that just went speeding down the road beside you, who is not part of the corporation you work for, doe that one of mankind have to abide by the rules of the company that you do work for? If that one of mankind is not part of the company with driving rules, he is not held to account for not abiding by those rules of the company you do work for.

Legislation by the federal government is for performing the enumerated duties associated with commerce, treaties, waging war, etc... It has nothing to do with free people in states. Now, if the local government is a corporation, and gets grants or federal monies, there are strings attached, and that local government is beholden to the federal government. If you are not part of that corporation, do those rules apply to you?
