My sole concern about this all is exactly that. The plans are excellent, but the agencies tasked in those plans are corrupt. I trust that this has been known and the Q plan goes around the corruption to achieve success in this mission.
It's not continuity of government, it's government in exile (at Mar a lago). Our country was infiltrated from within and a puppet of a foreign power sits in the White House. The Law of War manual applies because we are at war with the infiltrating foreign power. That's why the military, fighting this war, is the only way to defeat the enemy that usurped power during the 2020 election. Their job, that they've taken an oath to do, is to restore the legitimate government by removing the infiltrators and installing the rightful government.
What an excellent explanation of what has been planned to ensure the Constitutional Republic remains intact during and after a national crisis. I retired as a civilian with TS-SCI as well and worked contingency plans and real world operations, including writing the plan for the state and regional FEMA agencies to operate from our military installation. It was subsequently used as a template by FEMA.
I’ve read some of Derek’s theories and those of Jon’s. I do NOT know what, if anything, was put into place to ensure the country returns to its roots. Nor, do I agree they have correct assessments of the situation. However, I do know that with the likely exception of a few military units, including some military intelligence units, the majority of agencies tasked in these plans, including most military units, are corrupt at the top and middle leadership positions. and ‘we the people’ cannot afford to rely on them to help us.
I am also NOT an expert on Q, but I do know an operational plan and have said from the minute I started reading the drops, that there has to be a quantum element in this plan....amazing work to hide from most, alert others, deflect, order actions, etc. Amazing work and the people tasked here will succeed as God has the world in His hands and His will against the evil one won’t be stopped. That’s always been the focus to ensure the military would not be in the position to overthrow a legitimate government. However, protecting the voting sites to ensure a fair election is conducted is something else entirely. I have also always asked, if we’re being invaded by foreign forces at the border, why aren’t we using our active duty forces to defend the country? Why is the military all over the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Far East protecting other countries’ borders? I know the answer and keep asking so others can start questioning....
If we continue under our present administration and the directives and leadership of the bureaucracies in cabinet we will not have a constitutional republic. We the People have lost our voice and America will no longer be the country our forefathers worked so hard to establish. So I ask you how do you propose that we close our borders and remove the enemies of America who are waiting to cause the chaos and destruction that is planned. How do you see is removing the enemies established within our government? How do you see us restoring our constitutional republic. We have lost our right to vote, dominion voting machines are in 48 of our 50 states and are controlled. You don’t believe that the military has the legal power to intervene, so what is your answer? Mine has been prayer, for only God can change or remove the prevailing evil of the elites and the disillusionment of humanity. Peace will be won through love.

DHS, including FEMA, concentrates on domestic security, border protection, immigration, and disaster response.
In the last three years, I haven't seen DHS do it's job. The border is still wide open, drugs and illegal immigrants are still pouring through.
