The sign of integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching. We saw an example of this with American Education Defenders. Now let's look at another example of this with Carbon Capture Shield.
Why? Because it is easy to paint everyone with a wide brush. It is a lot harder to pick apart the individual threads in a string and understand that each string is different and its own entity. Because we shouldn't judge others through their casual associations. We need to judge them separately.
Carbon Capture Shield
Carbon Capture Shield Inc. is a company that seems to be focused on environmental solutions, particularly in the area of carbon capture, which is a process of capturing carbon dioxide emissions from sources like power plants and preventing them from entering the atmosphere. The company states that they are aiming to become Earth's natural defense against pollution and human activity.
The address on their website is listed as:
1717 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20006
Isn't that the same address as Ingersoll Lockwood? Yes, it is.

The registered address for Carbon Capture Shield is:

This just happens to be the same address as Ingersoll Lockwood, LLC.

It was because of these same addresses that I went so in-depth into the research on the CEO, the co-founder, and this company.
The co-founder and CEO of Carbon Capture Shield is Darryl J. Nicke II. Per his LinkedIn profile, he has over 20 years of experience as a Disney animator, working on Hollywood productions. His expertise lies in capturing attention and storytelling.
In short, he has an impressive resume in the film industry and marketing.
Why would someone in the film industry be involved in agriculture? It was because of this question that I set out to find out the identity of the other co-founder. Because this information was so hard to find, I am going to leave his name out of this article. In my opinion, if Carbon Capture Shield wanted that information widely known, they would put it out themselves, such as on their website. Since it is not commonly known, I am going to respect this person's privacy and not doxx them.
From their Carbon Capture Shield's Facebook page, I found a post explaining their mission statement and what they hoped to achieve.
Well, honestly, it wasn't until I found the results of the soil tests they were conducting that I finally figured it out. They are looking to create a compost that will help heal top soil. In other words, this was an innovative idea to help repair the soil in farmland — turning unusable dirt into a rich environment to promote plant growth. This company was trying to be good stewards.
And in 2022, Carbon Capture Shield partnered with other companies in order to win Elon Musk's XPRIZE Carbon Removal of $100 million.

Unfounded Rumors
Included in this search of Darryl J. Nicke II and Carbon Capture Shield, I came across several rumors of him being past friends with Austin Steinbart and even testifying as a witness against Austin Steinbart during his trial. After reading extensively through the court documents several times, I can honestly say I found no evidence of Darryl J. Nicke II ever being a federal witness in anyone's trial. I couldn't find a single court case Darryl J. Nicke II was involved in.
People need to stop listening to unfounded rumors. This is a truth movement. If someone cannot back up their claims with links, then you should not be listening to them. I am including said court documents of Austin Steinbart's trial so that you may research for yourself.
Digging into Carbon Capture Shield also makes me wonder how much influence people have in this movement. So let's get into what this is really about.
Credit Bancorp: The Mastermind of the Ponzi Scheme
These aren't my words. This is what one newspaper called Richard Blech.
The mastermind of an international Ponzi scheme that cheated investors out of $210 million yesterday pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges.
Richard Blech, chief executive of now-defunct Swiss firm Credit Bancorp Ltd., promised investors profits from “riskless’’ arbitrage but instead blew their cash on his own investments and personal expenses, the Manhattan U.S. attorneys said.
Blech, who was extradited to the U.S. last year following his April 2000 arrest in France, faces up to 10 years in prison and a $1 million fine on the most serious charge of securities fraud.
Blech and four others — including two who worked for U.S. affiliates of Credit Bancorp — were indicted last year on charges they ran a classic scheme in which money from new investors was used to pay off earlier investors.
The men persuaded about 80 customers to invest $200 million in Credit Bancorp’s CBL Insured Credit Facility, and 100 customers to invest $10 million in the CBL Insured Securities Strategy, both fraudulent investment programs.
The others — Thomas M. Rittweger, Douglas C. Brandon, Robert S. Dehaven and Victor M. Wexler — have pleaded not guilty and are scheduled to go to trial May 3.
Blech used some of the investors’ money to pay for renovations to his manor home in France, and to purchase flowers and wine.
Is this starting to sound a little strange?
Richard Blech pleaded guilty in 2003 of civil and criminal fraud charges and sentenced to six years in U.S. federal prison for running an international Ponzi scheme.
Once upon a time, Blech was the CEO of Credit Bancorp. Ltd., an investment firm that induced its customers to deposit securities, cash, and other assets in trust by promising the impossible: a “custodial dividend” based on the profits of “risk-less” arbitrage. Little did the company’s investors know at the time, but CBL was running a classic Ponzi scheme: Taking cash and other assets from new investors to make payments to earlier ones, creating the impression of sizable returns, prosecutors said. Blech was sentenced to 72 months in prison and was released in 2007.
It wasn't until 2012 that a final judgment of more than $328 million was made against Richard Blech and his 3 co-conspirators.
A federal judge issued final judgment of $328.6 million against Credit Bancorp and three of its top executives for a Ponzi scheme.
Final judgment in the SEC complaint was issued Friday by U.S. District Judge Robert Sweet.
The SEC sued Credit Bancorp, its chairman and CEO Richard Blech, 48; Thomas Rittweger, 54, managing director of the company's North American operations; and Douglas Brandon, 70, a Lexington, Ky. Attorney for the firm.
Blech pleaded guilty in 2003 before trial. Rittweger and Brandon were convicted that of defrauding clients of $210 million.
Sweet ordered the defendants to disgorge $218.1 million in profits and $110.6 million in interest, for a total of $328,664,737.30.

Richard Blech: A CEO's History
Let's backtrack a little. Richard Blech has had a history of jumping from company to company and always landing executive positions. To give you an idea, here is a history of the companies he's worked at:
He was CEO of Innovative Micro Technologies, Inc. from May 1988 until August 1990. He was CEO of CBL (UK) Limited from March 1997 until 29 January 2002 when he plead guilty to a Ponzi scheme and went to prison.
In 2007, Richard Blech was released from prison. February 2007 is where his work history on his LinkedIn page starts. From his LinkedIn, we can see he worked at Networld Consulting Ltd in Geneva, Switzerland from February 2007 until June 2013.
But per OpenCorporates, we can see that he was listed as an agent for Sea Water Solutions LLC from May 2011 until January 2016, an agent from Main Cares LLC from August 2011 until September 2013, and a member for Ground Level Media LLC from March 2011. Eco-Environmental Corrections Organization LLC later became ECO Corporation, where Richard Blech is listed as an officer for from March 2011 until December 2013 and a director from April 2012 until June 2014.
From his Blog Spot post:
RichardBlech manages Environmental Corrections Organization LLC (ECO Corporation). He employs technical research and development to retrofit commercial buildings. Blech is also the CFO of Commonwealth Management the managers of the Los Angeles Superior Court Building. In 2012, Richard Blech as part of Commonwealth Management and ECO Corporation initiated a $4.6 million retrofit of the Supreme Court building to make it a model for commercial buildings that would reap financial and environmental benefits from the application of renewable energy and energy wise building tactics.
During this time he was listed a manager at Imperium Management LLC from February 2012.
If you are keeping track, Richard Blech is capable of holding 4 or more management positions in the US and overseas at any given time. That is impressive. He was also a director at Blex Management LLC from February 2013 until December 2014. This is weird because he is listed as the Managing Director for PKMS2 Technologies Ltd in London, United Kingdom per his LinkedIn.
I am going to skip ahead a year and mention that he is also a manager at MeThinks Media LLC from May 2014.
If you are confused by now, I think that is the point. Misdirection is a real tactic that is employed often. But at the very least I think it is safe to say that Richard Blech seems to have a very tangled past, or at least work history. How do we know that at least some of this is his? He keeps using the same addresses over and over again and the pictures in the articles is of the same man. Also, his Blog Spot post contains a link to his LinkedIn page.

Secure Channels: Unhackable Challenge
However, this brings me to his career at Secure Channels Inc, where Richard Blech is listed as the CEO from June 2013 until April 2020.
In 2014, Secure Channels and CEO Richard Blech announced a competition. The company claimed to have created an unbreakable and unhackable file. The competition was for a cash prize and a brand new BMW to anyone who could break it.
At the Black Hat Security conference in Las Vegas last year, the company offered a new BMW to anyone who could unlock a digital file that was encrypted with its “patented” technology.
At the RSA Security Conference this year in San Francisco, SCI offered a $50,000 bounty to anyone who could prove the feat. When no one showed up to claim the prizes, SCI issued press releases crowing about a victory for its products.
Here is the WordPress article written by Richard Blech:
Hackers attending the 2014 BlackHat Conference in Las Vegas enjoyed trying to hack into the latest encryption technology suite from Secure Channels, Inc. Richard Blech, CEO of Secure Channels, was so confident in the new Cloud Services Suite that they offered a prize of a 2014 BMW 320i sedan to anyone who could break through the new security technology. Secure Channels, Inc., a California company, under exclusive license from Secure Channels SA in Switzerland, is a leader in the field of patented encryption technologies, providing to a variety of clientele with the highest level of data protection. The new Secure Channels Cloud Services suite fully protects data whether in storage or in transmission.

... And The Harassment Campaigns Started
When Lance James, a security researcher, tried to step up to Secure Channels Unhackable challenge, he was harassed by Richard Blech and Ross Harris, "a particularly aggressive member" of Secure Channels' sales team.
When INFOSEC expert Asher Langton started calling out Secure Channels for being a fraud and pointing out a serious security risk, new Twitter profiles started attacking him. It turned out that one of these brand new anonymous Twitter accounts was Deidre "Dee" Murphy, the Director of Marketing for Secure Channels. These tweets claimed, among other things, that Asher Langton had engaged in criminal copyright infringement by posting up snippets of Secure Channels code.
It turns out that Secure Channel's new unhackable app wasn't proprietary at all. It was a rebranded version of a free app.
Asher Langton is one of Secure Channels' critics.
There, Langton has criticized Secure Channels' lofty claims, its employees for reviewing their own product, the company's near-verbatim use of others' articles to promote itself, and raised evidence suggesting that one of Secure Channels' products was simply a rebranded version of a product available elsewhere for free. In addition to raising questions about Secure Channels' general credibility, Langton also pointed out a potential security flaw: hardcoded into one of Secure Channels' products was, apparently, the password to its own gmail account, which was used to send password reset codes to the user. Thus, there was the potential that a reset code could be intercepted and the encryption wouldn't matter at all.
So how did Secure Channels respond to this criticism? It welcomed his criticism, thanked him for helping to point out potential flaws, and described how it would address the issue, like a responsible and transparent security company would.
This week, two new Twitter users began machine-gun bursts of tweets directed at Langton's employer.

And Roseanne Barr?
Now this is what I really found strange. At the same time this group went after Secure Channels, they also went after Roseanne Barr. And if you read the tweets, so did their targeted victim Asher Langton. Why? Roseanne Barr is "a far-right conspiracy theorist."
I would not have normally brought this up. But that same day, mere hours later after discovering this harassment campaign, Roseanne Barr appeared on a stage with Juan O Savin holding up a jacket. I made a comment because of what initially appeared to be a strange coincidence. That comment took on a life of its own.

My Questions
Steven G. Samuels, the CEO of Ingersoll Lockwood, was supposedly a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security. Why didn't he do a basic background check on who he was partnering with? Does this sound like an oversight someone who worked for a government agency would overlook?
Gary Miliefsky, the CEO of Cyber Defense Magazine and who I actually believe is Steven G. Samuels, was a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security. He is a cybersecurity expert. He worked on projects for DARPA, our nation's cyber infrastructure, and developed policies to combat terrorism. Why didn't he do a basic background check on who he was partnering with and their partners?
Why did it take a civilian, someone who never worked in the government, to find this?
Does this strike anyone else as odd? Does it feel like things aren't what they seem and not in a good way?
And what are they doing with all those trackers on the XSOC Corp website? Does anyone else feel like they are being setup? What are they collecting?
Final Thoughts
I want to reiterate that I started down this rabbit hole because I was doxxed. I was doxxed by a group of people who push fake Q posts from what the MSM has labeled the “QAnon” Movement. These posts are referred to as a the B posts.
One of the first B posts pointed to the Ingersoll Lockwood website.
I would have never started looking if I had never been doxxed, threatened, blackmailed, and had my friends attacked by this group of people. What seems even more disturbing is the number of people connected to them who keep pushing this website.
The Juan O Savin Connection
And the Jaun O Savin connection? I nearly forgot to include that. Honestly, I came about that on happenstance. But I found other things I will explain at some time in the future which led me to believe there may be a bigger play here.
The America First Secretary of State Coalition was the brainchild of Jim Marchant, the former Nevada State Representative. The idea was to put America First candidates in the position of Secretary of State in states who needed election integrity the most.
From The America First Secretary of State Coalitions website:
On May 1st, 2021 a truly eventful, even historic meeting was held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A private strategy session was arranged by former Nevada State Representative, Jim Marchant, who in February announced that he would be the Republican American First candidate for the office of Secretary of State, Nevada, in the 2022 elections.
This planning session brought together four other potential Secretary of State candidates who were also America First. They were US Congressman Jody Hice from Georgia, State Representative Mark Finchem, from Arizona, Kristina Karamo from Michigan, and Rachel Hamm form California.
The plan was to get people elected to Secretary of State and take steps to implement election integrity. These steps were to put into practice the following:
Voter ID
Paper Ballots
Eliminate Mail-In Ballots; Keep Traditional Absentee Ballots
Single Day Voting
Unfettered Poll Watch Reforms
Aggressive Voter Roll Clean-Up
So what is the connection to Ingersoll Lockwood and Steven G. Samuels?
The address for the America Fist Secretary of State Coalition is:
848 N RAINBOW BLVD, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89107
This is the same address listed as the agent address for Steven G. Samuels LLC.
MAIL LINK LLC, 848 N RAINBOW BLVD, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89107
How is Juan O Savin connected?
Jim Marchant, a former Republican lawmaker who is running to become chief election official in Nevada, disclosed the connection at “Patriot Double Down”, a QAnon-linked convention held in Las Vegas in October.
Marchant told the convention that the idea that he should run for secretary of state was not his own. It was given to him by a prominent QAnon-influencer who goes by the alias Juan O Savin.
Marchant told the audience of QAnon advocates that he was approached by Savin the day after the presidential election on 3 November. Savin came to him in a suite he had rented in the Las Vegas Venetian hotel accompanied by “other President Trump allies” and told him that instead of running for Congress, which he was considering, Marchant should stand for the post of top election administrator in Nevada.
“I said, ‘Absolutely’,” Marchant said in a recorded video of his speech to the convention.
“I knew right then that they had figured out that we need to take back the secretary of state offices around the country. Not only did they ask me to run, they asked me to put together a coalition of other like-minded secretary of state candidates. I got to work, Juan O Savin helped, and we formed a coalition.”
In an interview with the Guardian last month, Marchant confirmed that he had set up an alliance of at least eight far-right secretary of state candidates in states that are likely to determine the outcome of the 2024 presidential election. They include Arizona, Georgia and Michigan – states which were critical in the 2020 presidential election and which all now have big lie candidates running for secretary of state posts who have been endorsed by Trump.

What other connections might there be?
There is also a Rumble channel called Juan O Savin SITREP which hosts Juan O Savin content exclusively. I have no confirmation on whether or not this is Juan O Savin's website or one of his associates. However, there is one video called "Jul 16 1999 - RIP JFK Jr ...or... The Great Awakening." In the video's description is the following:

This is just one spoke in the wheel.

This Mr. Nicke - in their "mission statement" he talks about 2030. That immediately made me think of Agenda 2030. And he says they want to spearhead a return to "regenerative farming". We know the global regime has a goal of actually ending farming, and stopping private farms and cattle production, as they tried in Denmark. So I am skeptical.
Regenerative farming is just another name for old school organic farming. Many small farmers in the US have adopted that. Why do we need a company like his to promote it? If they are against GMO seeds, and against chemical fertilizers and pesticides, good. Is their mission to put these global anti-human companies out of business?
Is he being used because of his expertise in "capturing public opinion", as he claims to do? And any association with Disney is also suspect. But I am open to the facts.
As for Juan O Savin, I have not bought into him the way many others have. Again, I'm open to the facts. I didn't know he had a Rumble channel, thanks for the link. It has 60K followers, wow.
I haven't finished the entire article yet, so forgive me if I am speaking out of turn.
Regardless, yes, NCSWIC.
