I am going to go out of order here. But I am going to be touching on all of these.
MemberPAC
On October 7, 2021, Ingersoll Lockwood announced in an email that it was launching Peaceful American Constitutionalists to create a legal defense for members. A link was provided to a fundraiser website.
The goal was for $100,000. By January 2022, the fundraiser had exceeded its goal by raising $105,673 and was paused.
A single message was left on January 17, 2022 by Steven Samuels. "Coming very soon... today/tomorrow... stay tuned..."
Here is a link to the web archive of Ingersoll Lockwood's website on January 27, 2022.
Here is a link to the web archive of Ingersoll Lockwood's website on February 22, 2022.
Here is a link to the web archive of Ingersoll Lockwood's website on March 24, 2022.
As far as I can tell, there was no official announcement or update made on the Ingersoll Lockwood. If it is there, I cannot find it. There was a website launched. Here is an archived link to it. And if you click on the donate button, you will see this.

All donations and sponsorships go directly to the mission of P.A.C., but are not deductible as charitable donations.
What happened to the $105,673 that was donated? How much money was ultimately donated? There is no PAC or 501(c)(3) listed anywhere. If this was to be open-book and transparent, then where is the transparency? Or was that just to people who opted in and became members?
The web archive to the MembersPAC is here with a link for members to login. However, the live website is now defunct.
Here is the last archived version of that website where they announced they were closing the MemberPAC by July 2023.
I will note that normally I would not be concerned about this. It was a service offering Legal Shield. However, I found something that has given me grave concerns.
If transparency was an issue, where is the transparency? And why all the continuous never-ending games? Don't you think we are due some straightforward answers for once?
Here is the link to the corporate filing for Peaceful American Constitutionalists. While it doesn't share the same addresses as other corporations that Gary Miliefsky is involved in, he is listed as an officer.
American Education Defenders
Out of all of Ingersoll Lockwood partners, this one seems the most normal. I highlight this because shows exactly what transparency should look like. Where the MembersPAC lacked transparency, American Education Defenders made up for it. Granted, we are talking about the difference between a non-proift and a for-profit company.
American Education Defenders is a non-profit 501(c)(3)that provides resources for homeschooling families, particularly through a video series that includes true stories from American history. Key employees includes:
Paul Hemphill, who acts as President, Treasurer, and Clerk
Roger Gullo, Director
James Hogarth, Director
Paul Tusini, Director
Muriel Martel, Director
Joseph Sturbinski, Director
Paul Lloyd Hemphill is an author most known for his book Inspiration For Teens, which was published on July 1, 2018. He has been a popular TV guest, speaker, and videographer. According to the website, he started American Education Defenders in 2020 in response to what was going on with American classrooms and students. Paul has 19 years as a college admission strategist. His other books include How To Win The College Game, Why You're Already A Leader, Planning For College, and Gettysburg Lessons in the Digital Age, amongst others.
American Education Defenders mission is to "help our youth believe in themselves and their country. We do it by making student centered learning as our focus. It’s learning that pays attention to how the student is affected, not how to conform to standardization or compliance. We use true stories from just one event in American history to carry our mission. They prove that your child can be independent, self-reliant, responsible, imaginative, determined, empathetic, honest, and motivated. These are all values that America stands for. It helps our youth to believe in themselves and their country."
If you were wondering about where American Education Defenders was licensed to, since we are talking about addresses, it was registered here under Paul Hemphill's name.

In other words, there are no other connections other than a link on a website and a promotional quote from Darryl J. Nicke II from Carbon Capture Shield.
There is absolutely nothing that suggests that American Education Defenders isn't anything but a grassroots organization who is taking public contributions in order to educate children and help inspire them. Their Form 990's show no excess in funds and are very transparent about the money being spent. I suggest you look and judge for yourself. I have included a lot of the documentation I looked through in my research. Considering how prolific he is one the internet, I have not included it all. If you have children, American Education Defenders may be a good resource for you.

Gary S. Miliefsky and Ingersoll Lockwood
On April 20, 2020, Ingersoll Lockwood, Inc announced the acquisition of the Cyber Defense Media Group. Here is the press release.
WASHINGTON, April 20, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, Ingersoll Lockwood, Inc. has announced the acquisition of the Cyber Defense Media Group, which it will fold into its portfolio in the coming months.
"Nothing in how CDMG operates will change with the exception of continued growth and additional focus on American Exceptionalism while we help spin out additional platforms for the Global commercial and international sectors in the coming months," said James Gorman, Vice Chairman of Ingersoll Lockwood.
"This is an incredible time for us and I'm especially excited to be able to help other divisions of Ingersoll Lockwood as they solve complex problems in different market sectors including cybersecurity, health care, critical infrastructure, big data, a.i. and space. This also gives me a chance to help cross pollinate activities and investments that we're doing in Stony Lonesome Group, where we focus exclusively on investing in US Military Veteran run startups," said Gary S. Miliefsky, Chairman & CEO of Cyber Defense Media Group and Publisher of Cyber Defense Magazine.
This was announced 2 months after the incorporation date for Ingersoll Lockwood LLC, which was done on February 19, 2020.
The Possible Identity of Steven G. Samuels
Since there doesn't appear to be a Steven G. Samuels who has a background as a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security, I am going to posit a theory.
There is no real person with this identity. This identity is a cover.
There is one person up to this point who does have the background of being a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security, though. That person is Gary S. Miliefsky.
From an archived version of the website:
Management Team
Ingersoll Lockwood’s staff includes a unique mix of entrepreneurs, technologists, and investors. While our team represents a diverse array of backgrounds, its members share similar traits – deep knowledge of their chosen fields, strategic vision, and a dedication our core mission: delivering solutions that address the critical technology needs of the national security community. First and foremost, our founder required that what we do must deliver American Exceptionalism and Must be Made in America with Pride.
Board of Directors
Steven G. Samuels, US DHS (founding member), Chairman
The same Gary S. Miliefsky who is listed as an officer on Steven G. Samuels LLC.
In fact if you look at the Our Team page of Cyber Defense Magazine, you will find the three persons who are listed as officers and/or directors of Steven G. Samuels LLC. Those persons are Gary S. Miliefsky, Stevin Miliefsky, and Jessica Quinn. Gary S. Miliefsky is the publisher and co-founder. Stevin V. Miliefsky is the president and co-founder. Jessica Quinn is the media network and analytics.
To Be Continued...
Up until this point, what I have been talking about hasn't been that big of a deal. It has just been another puzzle. In Part 3, I will be answering the questions I am sure you have reading this. I will be explaining the Juan O Savin connection, how Roseanne Barr came up in my research and her connection to this, my concerns regarding what happened to the donations, putting some rumors to rest, and explaining what exactly sent up my red flags.
Not everything will end up as you think it will.
I have a serious concern about how this next part slid under the nose of people who are professionals.
I sure hope that Ingersoll Lockwood and some of its companies and technologies are working with Space Force and General Nakasone block the election cheating that is going on through the modems and other ways! Has anyone read Tore Maras (tore says show) long affidavit she has filed regarding election integrity? It's very detailed... But I don't know if any Secretary of State is doing anything about it! Especially in Texas!!!
I'm so glad to see someone else interested in this. I've been following along and IL info hole for... maybe 4 years now? From hearing about the novels to the website and hyperlinks. And, yeah, I look forward to seeing where this goes. Any chance you've heard of Glamis? Just another hole I'd enjoy seeing other people's digs.
